Who we are
RGC Studios LLC (Virginia, United States) operates this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise a right described below, email contact@rgcstudios.com. This page describes only rgcstudios.com.
What we collect
RGC Studios LLC does not operate accounts, forms, or login systems on this website. With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to produce aggregated analytics reporting about how the site is used. This information is pseudonymous, not anonymous: it can distinguish one browser from another, and we describe it accordingly. After you allow Analytics, GA4 can collect:
- A randomly generated browser cookie identifier
- Pages viewed
- The referring page or site
- Browser and device information
- An approximate location derived from your IP address
- Traffic-source and sanitized campaign information
- The custom events listed below
- Enhanced Measurement events
- Google Signals information for eligible users
RGC Studios does not receive your Google-account identity.
IP addresses. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses in your reporting data. Your IP is used transiently by Google to derive a coarse geographic region and is then discarded.
Why we do it. Solely to understand which content helps visitors, where traffic comes from, and whether people reach the contact section, so we can improve the site. RGC Studios is a Virginia business focused on customers in the United States. Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers RGC Studios, you may have additional rights concerning your personal data. RGC Studios does not target or market its services to individuals in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We nevertheless provide the same optional analytics choice to every visitor worldwide, and Google Analytics never runs until you allow it.
Our custom events. A single page view per page load, which of four page sections you reach, clicks on our main calls to action, which Euno chapter you select, and whether an email contact action was clicked or the address copied. We never send the email address itself, the contents of a message, clipboard content, page text, or any text you type. For these custom events, URLs are stripped of fragments and of every query parameter except four standard campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_id). Enhanced Measurement may separately collect the page, referrer, link, file, search, form, and video metadata described below.
Enhanced Measurement
After you allow Analytics, GA4 Enhanced Measurement may automatically record:
- A page view when a page loads and, if enabled in the GA4 property, when browser history changes
- A scroll event the first time 90 percent of a page becomes visible
- Outbound-link clicks, including the link URL, domain, classes, and identifier
- File downloads, including file name, extension, link text, and URL
- Site-search activity detected from configured URL query parameters
- Form-start and form-submit metadata, such as the form identifier, name, destination, and submit-button text
- Supported YouTube video starts, progress milestones, completion, title, and URL
RGC Studios does not configure Enhanced Measurement to collect form-field values, message contents, or text typed by a visitor. Some Enhanced Measurement capabilities remain dormant unless the site contains the applicable form, search feature, file, outbound link, or supported video.
Google Signals
After you allow Analytics, Google Signals may associate event data from eligible visitors with information from Google users who are signed in to their Google accounts and have enabled Ads Personalization in their Google account settings. This can provide RGC Studios with aggregated cross-device reporting and demographic or interest categories such as age bracket, gender, and general interests.
RGC Studios does not receive an individual visitor’s Google-account identity. Google applies aggregation and data thresholds, and some reports may show limited data or “unknown” values. RGC Studios uses this information only to understand its audience and improve the website. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or personalized ads.
Google describes Google Signals in its Analytics documentation, and you can review your own Google Ads Personalization setting at My Ad Center.
Cookies
No analytics cookie is created before you allow analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics sets these first-party cookies on rgcstudios.com:
| Cookie | Purpose | Maximum lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | First-party cookie that distinguishes one browser from another so visits can be counted. | 13 months after the most recent visit or cookie update |
| _ga_<property-id> | First-party cookie that maintains GA4 session and property state for this site. | 13 months after the most recent visit or cookie update |
These cookies are set with secure, same-site first-party attributes over HTTPS. Google Analytics updates the expiration of these cookies on return visits. A browser that returns before the cookie expires may therefore remain recognizable for longer than 13 months from the cookie’s original creation. Each updated cookie expires no later than 13 months after its most recent update. Cookie lifetime is separate from Google Analytics server-side data retention.
Your choice and how to withdraw it
- Analytics is optional for every visitor, everywhere.
- Google Analytics, Enhanced Measurement, and Google Signals are not loaded and no request is made to Google before you allow it.
- Rejecting analytics does not affect any part of this site.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through , linked in the footer of every page. You do not need to clear your browser data.
- Withdrawing consent stops future collection immediately and deletes the GA cookies from your browser. It does not retroactively erase historical aggregated reports; you can ask us separately to seek deletion where applicable.
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it: Google Analytics is never loaded, regardless of any stored choice.
This site is publicly accessible worldwide, but RGC Studios does not target or market to customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We do not rely on that distinction — we offer the same analytics choice to every visitor globally.
We store only your analytics choice (granted or denied), the version of the consent notice you saw, and the time you chose. No identifier, fingerprint, IP address, precise location, or browsing history is stored with it.
Data minimization
RGC Studios does not use, and does not intend to use, any of the following: Google Ads linking; ads personalization; remarketing; Customer Match; User-ID; automatic or manual user-provided-data collection; enhanced conversions; cross-domain measurement; session replay; heatmaps; the sale of analytics data; or the use of analytics data for targeted advertising. Several of these are account-level settings inside Google Analytics rather than website code; we set what the site can set and manage the rest in the Analytics administration console.
RGC Studios does not use Analytics data for cross-site advertising or remarketing. Google Signals may associate eligible signed-in Google users’ activity across browsers and devices for aggregated Analytics reporting.
Retention
RGC Studios configures GA4 user-level and event-level data retention for no longer than 14 months. Google Signals signed-in data follows that shorter property retention setting rather than Google’s otherwise applicable maximum. Google applies a two-month retention period to age, gender, and interest data regardless of the general property setting. Aggregated standard reports may persist longer.
Cookie expiration and server-side retention are separate. Renewing a browser cookie does not change the configured GA4 event-retention period. This limit is set in the Google Analytics property administration console; the value shown on this page reflects that setting and does not by itself configure Google’s servers.
What the site loads
Fonts, images, icons, and code are all hosted by us and served from rgcstudios.com — no third-party fonts or widgets are embedded. The only third-party request the site can make is the GA4 script from googletagmanager.com, which sends measurement data to google-analytics.com, and it is made only after you allow analytics. No advertising networks are used.
How Google itself uses data collected from sites that use its services is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in Google’s privacy policy.
International processing
If you allow analytics, Google may process analytics data in the United States and other countries under the Google Analytics Terms and applicable Google data-processing terms. RGC Studios uses Google Analytics solely for aggregated website measurement and does not enable it for advertising, remarketing, or user-provided-data collection.
Google explains how it processes information from sites using its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in Google’s Privacy Policy. Google’s data-processing terms are published at business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms.
Other controls
- Cookie preferences (primary). The first-party control in our footer is the way to allow or withdraw analytics on this site. Rejecting or withdrawing Analytics permission disables GA4, Enhanced Measurement, and Google Signals for this site.
- Google Analytics opt-out add-on. An optional, supplemental control: the browser add-on blocks GA measurement across sites.
- Content blockers. Content blockers may independently stop the Google tag; behaviour varies by product and we cannot promise every blocker does.
- Google My Ad Center. My Ad Center controls your Google-account Ads Personalization setting, which affects your eligibility for Google Signals. It does not replace our Cookie preferences control and does not disable baseline GA4 measurement on this site.
Email correspondence
The only way to reach us directly through this site is the email address shown in the contact section. When you write to us, your own email provider transmits the message, and our email provider processes it on our behalf to deliver and store it. We use your message and address to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not sell it. We may disclose correspondence where legally required, or to a service provider acting for us. We retain business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, evaluate or perform a potential engagement, maintain ordinary business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable period therefore depends on the nature of the correspondence. You may ask us to delete correspondence you have sent, and we will do so where no active business need or legal obligation requires us to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on the state where you live and whether the relevant law applies to RGC Studios, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal data. Applicable law may also provide rights concerning the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain sensitive information.
RGC Studios does not sell personal information, use website analytics for targeted advertising, or enable Google Analytics advertising features. Analytics is optional, and you may withdraw your permission at any time through .
To submit a privacy request, email contact@rgcstudios.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify the request. If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject “Privacy request appeal.”
